Our iGB Live 2019 Recap

It’s been less than a month since we got back from the always pleasant and beautiful capital of the Netherlands, where one of the biggest conferences in our industry took place for yet another successful edition. We’re talking about nothing other than iGB Live 2019.

As accurately self-described, iGB Live is perfectly positioned, and unites iGB and iGB Affiliate communities to fuel new ideas, spark inspiration and drive real business. That’s exactly what we had the chance to do, not only during the conference itself but also during the other conference-related events such as the day prior’s welcome drinks. All-in-all, with such a massive gathering of industry representatives it’s not uncommon to find an opportunity to network wherever you go during the week.

During this year’s edition we opted out from having a stand during the event, which allowed us the opportunity to benefit from the extra time to invest it in having fruitful meetings with our veteran and prospective affiliates alike, whether to follow up on, renegotiate or set up new collaborations, and talk about the new chapters ahead.

But it can’t be all about work, can it? So we were excited to enjoy the company of the attendees of our Alea Cruise: a special boat ride around the Amsterdam canals with some of our affiliates and other business partners during Wednesday’s evening. We would like to thank all of you for your presence as well as for the many good times shared that evening, not to mention the week as a whole.

With an ever-evolving industry like ours, it is always pleasant to see familiar faces or meet new ones with whom a successful long-term collaboration can be just one handshake away.
We look forward to catching up with those we missed on this occasion, during Lisbon’s own affiliate conference to take place in October for its second consecutive year.
